The evaluation consists of:
- Location
- Structural capability
- Ground ownership/Land lease terms
- Ground space available
- Height
- Utilities
- Surrounding terrain
- Proximity of competing towers
- Security
Should the tower meet our specifications, we will issue an exclusive tower Management Agreement. The tower will then be placed into our tower database and individually marketed to our extensive database of clients.
