Old Bridge, NJ, November 20, 2015 Subcarrier Communications is pleased to announce that they have been selected to provide rooftop management services to the Chase Tower in Indianapolis, IN. This undertaking is part of Subcarrier’s plan to expand their building rooftop management portfolio. We continue to provide our telecom clients and building owner clients with premium services, dedicated professionals, as well as resources to enhance their long-term performance and high financial returns. The team leaders for this transaction were Operations Manager Greg Weger, and VP of Engineering Bill Cordell from Subcarrier’s Houston Office. In recent months they have produced many new client agreements and rooftop management opportunities, confirming the company’s capacity to support numerous high volume projects. According to John Paleski, president of Subcarrier, “The Chase Tower is the most significant broadcast site in Indiana, with customers such as CBS, NBC, Capstar, Emmis Communications, McGraw Hill Broadcasting, as well as many others. This transaction, like so many others demonstrate Subcarrier's continuous commitment to managing our nations most high profile office building rooftops."

The building opened in 1990. At 830 feet, it’s the 38th-tallest building in the United States. It was originally conceived in the late 1970s by the late Frank E. McKinney Jr., chairman of American Fletcher National Bank and Trust Co. At the time, American Fletcher was Indiana’s largest financial institution.
